All hearing aids have a one year repair warranty.

The warranty covers any hearing aid defect not caused by the user. Moisture, wax, perspiration, damage from hard impact and over torque of the controls are not covered by manufacturer. All hearing aids we sell can be repaired.

All hearing aids and body aids are eligible for extended repair warranty.

The extended warranty covers any hearing aid defect not caused by user. Moisture, wax, perspiration, damage from hard impact and over torque of the controls are not covered. Hearing aids we sell can be repaired in most cases. In some cases it is more cost effective to replace a defective aid with a new hearing aid.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the hearing aids that you have purchased from Hearing Loss Professionals, simply return the hearing aids and all the other products sent within 30 days from the day you received them, and we will promptly refund your money less shipping charges and other fees (that Hearing Loss Professionals paid) and a 10% restocking fee.
